Health Challenges
My own battles with autoimmunity and CPTSD, coupled with memory loss, have taught me the importance of holistic wellness. I offer clients a unique perspective on navigating health challenges while pursuing personal growth and fulfillment.

Five areas I can help my clients with.
I am capable of giving you an alternative so that you can feel fulfilled and full of motivation.
Cognitive Dissonance:
Help clients recognize and navigate cognitive dissonance by providing psychoeducation about the concept and supporting them in identifying conflicting beliefs and emotions. Offer strategies such as journaling, cognitive reframing, and mindfulness techniques to reduce cognitive dissonance and promote inner harmony.
Trauma Bond:
Assist clients in understanding the dynamics of trauma bonding and its impact on their emotional well-being. Provide validation and empathy while helping them break free from the trauma bond by identifying unhealthy attachment patterns, fostering self-awareness, and developing coping mechanisms to manage triggers and cravings for the abusive relationship.
Setting Boundaries:
Support clients in setting and maintaining healthy boundaries to protect themselves from further abuse and manipulation. Guide them in identifying their personal boundaries, assertively communicating their needs and limits, and practicing self-care techniques to reinforce boundaries. Provide role-playing exercises and boundary-setting scripts to empower clients in various situations.
Healthy Relationships:
Help clients cultivate healthy relationships by fostering self-awareness, effective communication skills, and assertiveness. Offer guidance on identifying and addressing red flags in relationships, building trust and intimacy, and establishing mutual respect and reciprocity. Assist clients in exploring their values and needs in relationships and practicing self-love and self-compassion to attract fulfilling connections.
Healing Self-Esteem Issues:
Support clients in rebuilding their self-esteem and self-worth that may have been eroded by narcissistic abuse. Provide validation and encouragement while helping them challenge negative self-talk, internalized beliefs, and distorted perceptions stemming from the abusive relationship. Offer affirmations, self-compassion exercises, and goal-setting activities to promote self-empowerment and confidence-building. Additionally, guide clients in identifying their strengths, values, and accomplishments to foster a positive self-concept.
